The NFPA 20 fire extinguishing systems can operate with both manual control and emergency mechanical control on the controller. Separate control panels are used for the electric pump and the diesel pump. A locking mechanism is used on the panels.
Fire pumps SNK UL/FM, SDS UL/FM must be equipped with an automatic air outlet valve, a circulation safety valve and pressure gauges. All internal bolts or screws exposed to the pumped liquid must be made of rolled bronze or corrosion-resistant material. The bearings must be of class L-10 and have a service life of at least 5,000 hours at maximum load.
